DR. MIKE ISRAETEL
Dr. Michael Israetel, PhD, is the cofounder and Chief Content Officer of RP Strength (Renaissance Periodization) and the face of the popular Renaissance Periodization YouTube channel. With a doctorate in Sport Physiology from East Tennessee State University, Dr. Mike is a seasoned expert in the field of fitness and performance. He’s also served as a professor at Lehman College, Temple University, and the University of Central Missouri, where he taught a variety of exercise science courses focusing on nutrition, strength, and hypertrophy.
As a former sports nutrition consultant for the U.S. Olympic Training Site in Johnson City, Tennessee, Dr. Mike has shared his expertise at numerous scientific and performance conferences around the globe, including seminars at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid. He has personally coached countless athletes in nutrition and weight training, and continues to push his own limits as a competitive bodybuilder and professional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grappler.
GIACOMO ZACCHIA
Giacomo Zacchia is the Founder and CEO of Genius Shot, bringing extensive executive experience from the creator CPG ecosystem. As a former operating partner at Night Media, Giacomo led CPG incubations and retail licensing initiatives, playing an instrumental role in building renowned brands including Feastables, Matador, MrBeast Burger, Blox Snacks, and Rare Candy. His strategic vision has helped transform content creator ideas into successful consumer product enterprises across multiple retail channels.
After graduating summa cum laude from UC Berkeley with an interdisciplinary degree in research design and methodologies, Giacomo has focused on identifying products that deeply resonate with creators' audiences while solving real pain points for broader consumer markets. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Giacomo's personal struggle to build muscle mass became the catalyst for Genius Shot, knowing consumers needed a smarter and more convenient form of protein consumption—one that wasn't blocked by lack of appetite, preparation constraints, time limitations, or cleanup hassles. He founded Genius Shot to bring this simple nutrition solution to everyone.
